Erik Granato and Bill DeRosa head up our Social Media Marketing (SMM) department. We knew if these two talented individuals put their heads together they could come up with a great collaborative idea that would harbor the skills they acquired from 30+ years of work in marketing & advertising. 
 
We launched our SMM department winter of 2011after we realized need for a service that was just beginning to be understood by the rest of the world, Social Media Marketing. Erik and Bill realized early on that social media services such as Twitter, Yelp and Facebook to name a few, had explosive marketing potential. we took that power and use the skills they had acquired from traditional marketing mediums and created SMM department. 
 
Our goal is to harness the power of the millions of people who use social media websites and mobile apps to create a real time connection between a business owner and prospective customers as well as give current customers a bond with the business that make each party feel in sync with each other. The goal was to provide a transparent and open channel of communication between both parties so that the needs of everyone can be filled and understood faster and with greater clarity. 
 
Erik and Bill have provided services for a range of business such as Non-Profit, Brick and Mortar and Municipalities around the country. "Everyday we are excited to wake up to new challenges that may await us and reap the rewards of many happy clients who have chosen us to help them get their message heard."
